CNC Turning

Equipped with a range of state of the art CNC lathes, we have the capability to swing up to 400mm diameter billet and 81mm bar stock.

Our multi axis lathes allow us to complete complex components in far fewer operations, reducing compounding error and cycle time.

Partnered with our investment in bar feeding and robotics, this makes processing large production runs effecient and cost effective.

CAD/CAM

Our modern CAD/CAM software allows us to program and machine complex geometry directly from client designs.

Utilising advanced Computer-Aided-Manufacture (CAM) toolpaths allows us to remove material in the quickest and most efficient manner, in addition to highlighting any difficulties prior to commencing production.

This workflow streamlines operations and reduces operator error, allowing us to utilise our machine tools as much as possible, therefore reducing overall machined component cost.

CNC Milling

Our advanced CNC machining centres produce components from a range of materials including steel, stainless steel, Aluminium, Brass, plastics and Exotics.

We also have the ability to carry out in-process inspection and probing, increasing accuracy and reducing error.
